Keeping flash cookies on Windows 7

Hi, I've just installed Windows 7 and naturally Microsoft has changed where the directory structure. I want to keep flash cookies for my banking so I don't have to register the computer each time I run CCleaner. Where is the directory that I can exclude from cleaning in Windows 7?

uncheck adobe flash in multimedia or better yet in tools>exclude choose the cookies you don't want tossed

mmm in my haste "cookies tossed" seems oddly put oh well not offencive just gross :P
