Just bought CCleaner Pro Plus but can't access Defraggler Pro, etc.

I Just bought CCleaner Pro Plus, and noticed it did not automatically install Defraggler Pro, etc.

I searched and found a download for Defraggler, but not Defraggler Pro. All the links for downloading Defraggler Pro required me to pay more money.

How do I get Defraggler Pro and the other apps that come with CCleaner Pro Plus and how to I load them on my other two PCs?

PS, I am running this on Windows PCs. Thanks
