I’m seeing this trying to update software on my laptop. My computer is NOT offline.

Please send a screenshot of the error you are seeing and follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
  5. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

I have the same problem. However, it only occurs when updating the Zoom software. The Adobe and One Drive updates worked perfectly.

It is just telling you that it cannot reach the server needed to deliver the update.

In your case it can access the Adobe update server and the MS/One Drive update server, but for some reason not the Zoom update server.

Try updating your Zoom manually which should either work or show up what the connection issue is.

I updated the program manually and now ccleaner does not report the need. So I cannot recreate at this time.
