When I run an issue scan the results shows uneeded file extensions such as .exe, .com, .pif, etc. (Screen print attached)
Are these safe to delete?

yes, it is perfectly safe. If windows needs it, it will simply make another. be sure to alwase make a backup just in case. ( i personally have never had to restore a backup registry because of CCleaner)
