I've used Defraggler for a while. One thing that puzzles me is that after a defragmentation, if I then analyze again there will be additional files and maybe 3% defragmentation. If I run defragmentation again I can see that it is many of the files that are touched again. I,m aware that the program tries to place the files together to create free space, but I do no understand how the program can detect a higher grade of defragmentation right after a defragmentation has been done.
This is on a Windows 7 Ultimate amd64 system.
