Android13 on Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22
When checking access settings -- this opens up and shows what the Settings are Set To already -- this repeats over and over weekly
Thats an android notification, every so often android will inform you of apps that have administrative permissions and other sensitive permissions. I think it started with Android 13 but maybe earlier for some manufacturers.
