Is there a CCleaner user guide? I am fairly technically savvy, however, I’m new to using this product. When I run the cleaner I get all kinds of video and audio files that can be deleted. My challenge is I don’t know if these are duplicates or why else they’re being tagged for being able to be cleaned. I don’t want to erase them forever and lose them. I’m sure. I just need your expert advice.
