Is it safe to remove the hotfix uninstallers?

I have the latest CCleaner 2.33.1184 and my hotfix uninstallers are taking up a lot of space on my hard drive should i clean it is it safe?

Unless you have problems on your computer, you can delete them safely. :)

If you delete those, you cannot uninstall windows update critical updates anymore. I do DELETE THEM too, after a little testing.

I deleted them after making a complete system backup.
