Invoice not found cleverbridge email not recognized

Hi,

I am posting here because I am completely stuck and unable to retrieve my invoice for a CCleaner subscription.

I have been trying for several weeks without success.

  • I purchased the subscription using a virtual master card

  • I did not receive any order confirmation email

  • When I try to find my order, my email is not recognized

I already contacted Cleverbridge through the support form, but I was redirected to Piriform support. Unfortunately, there is no effective way to get help there, and I still cannot access my invoice.

At this point, I am stuck in a loop between Cleverbridge and CCleaner and piriform, with no solution.

I help me locate my order using my licence key information or advise on how I can retrieve my invoice?
