I got a free trial for ccleaner and decided to test it out. Ran a health check, cleaned it, optimized performance, updated drivers, updated softwares, removed duplicates, and managed startup apps. After restarting the computer, I can no longer connect to the WiFi or get any Internet access with my Ethernet cable. Tried restoring but no restore point before I did all this.
