I've just run CCleaner and had it delete my form data for Google Chrome (and IE and Safari) but it's all still there. My internet history, temp files etc have all disappeared as requested but when I visit login pages my username and password is still there, and when I type in the address bar I still get suggestions of sites I've visited.
I just opened CCleaner, checked the boxes I wanted and hit 'run', waited until it finished then closed CCleaner.
Am I doing something wrong? How can I get it to actually wipe my form data?

Firstly are the browser processes terminated? Check this under task manger (ctrl-alt-del) process - process.exe(process = process name)
Although i think it's more of a case you have saved your passwords to the browser and it is prompting you to enter them.
I can't speak for these browsers as i dont use them but are you sure it's not predictive suggestions being suggested when you type.
For example in firefox i have no saved data but if i start to type ch i will be displayed with predictive search options
