After the new update the cleaner just sits and hangs for a while on Internet Explorer Cookies - and comes up with nothing because I do not use IE. This was an annoyance with versions in the past. I will be reverting back until a new version fixes it again. Grrrrr
Even worse, if you use IE and there are cookies they are not removed. Reverted back to 5.22.5724 and cookies are removed as expected.
Hmm - I updated to V5.23.5608 (64 bit) and have a real 'lag' when running. CC executes but it hangs around trying to remove 'Microsoft Edge Cookies'. Any chance this is going to be fixed with a patch ?
the Dev Team is aware of the situation.
as to a patch, no news on that front, the Moderators have a closer ear to latest news and such, I'm sure if one of them hears, it'll be passed on.
