I have downloaded the latest version but when it uncompresses the files it does not include the executable. I have used your program for years and no matter what version I install now it is still the same

How are you uncompressing it, standard installing or are you doing something different? Seven_Eleven is correct in trying to download from the builds page. It may help to tell us your operating system and exactly what you are doing otherwise you will not be able to get any more help than already given.
