By default, CC instals to ..Program Fies/CCleaner.
How do it to a custom location, say F:\CCleaner?
Use the Advanced options in the installer:
Click through to this screen and set your required location:

Just to note that when you choose to install CCleaner at a custom location, it will create a new 'CCleaner' folder at that location if needed.
So say you browsed to something like 'F:\my_installs' then the installer would create 'F:\my_installs\CCleaner' to install the CCleaner files into.
(But if you had already created a '<em>F:\my_installs\CCleaner</em>' folder yourself to install to, and browse to that, then it's smart enough not to create another one inside that).
