Installation problem

Hello,

Last summer, I renewed my CCleaner Pro Licence to cover two (2) computers for a period of two (2) years. Upon reception of the bill, I paid the amount due.

Despite this, I had difficulties shortly after paying. I reached out to Customer Support and I was told to uninstall a free version of CCleaner that was still on my computer, which I did. I was told to then reinstall CCleaner Pro which I did. Despite this, the program still works as if I had a free version.

Today, I asked for and received my key. I uninstalled what was on my computer and downloaded the program. But it’s still A FREE version that appears to be installed.

This is getting a bit frustrating. I have been using CCleaner for several years now, first the free version and eventually the Pro version. I have not had these problems in the past.

I need help. I have paid for a service that I do not have.

Hi @amgaulin,
If you go to Settings in the left-hand menu and select My Subscription from the bar at the top, this should give you the option to input your licence key.

If you continue to have issues, please message me back with a screenshot of what you see on this screen so I can advise you further.
