Hello
I purchased ccleaner professional and down loaded the install file
I installed ccleaner and it created icon in desktop
When i click the icon the istall process starts again
Please can you help me resolve this issur
It sounds that what you have on the desktop is an icon for the installer. (not for CCleaner itself)
Double clicking the installer will then install CCleaner.
If it isn’t doing that then:

You can get installer for either the newest CCleaner v7, or the legacy CCleaner v6.39 versions from here:
The first one downloads an installer for CCleaner v7.
After double clicking the installer and installing CCleaner 7 go to Settings>My Subscription and enter your licence key to register/activate it as Professional.
The second one downloads an installer for CCleaner v6.39.
(That’s the last v6 version for Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and 11 - it’s also the last CCleaner that works with Windows 7).
After double clicking the installer and installing CCleaner 6.39 go to Options>License Key and enter your licence key to register/activate it as Professional.
