Anyone started to play this alternate reality game yet?

I haven't.

I have a dumb phone.

@hazelnut,

checked out your link and watched the demo, actually looks like something different from the usual pack of first person or role playing lot.

if i was into games more, i'd see me getting that one, just wish there was more time in the day.

my monthly pc mag this month rated it very well.

I checked it out the other day, but it involves going outside so I don't think I'll make much use of it

You mean you..you... you don't go outside? :o

If I went outside, I could miss something that happens on the internet.

More importantly, I could miss someone being wrong on the internet

I never use smart phones.

Takes so much time to set up all your contacts/games/apps, & learn how to backup/reinstall everything. I just rather have a simple phone.

My phone is a cheapo $10 one, & it does the only job I want it to do.

Be a phone.

I agree with that. Dial, talk, hang up. The only thing I see being a positive w/ smartphones is using them as a camera & video capture. That's it.

I use the browser often and it's pretty handy IMO. Also some apps are pretty useful, for example navigator/GPS etc. (don't need another device for that anymore). And I use it as my mp3 player and portable videoplayer (don't need a seperate one anymore).

+free "SMS/text" with WhatsApp & chat with Steam/Skype/Facebook

+email

I agree it's handy...

But I can type somewhere along the lines of 139 WPM or so on a PC.

Doubtful I can on the phone.

Therefore, emailing on the phone would be a waste of time.

For me, anyway.
