I have several web sites that require a cookie to auto log on when I go to that site. I have all these web sites set to not delete their cookies in CC. However, when I have the index.dat box checked and run CC, after reboot I can no longer have an auto logon on when I go to these saved cookies sites. Anybody have an idea how to fix this other than unchecking the index.bat box?

Thanks for your reply, however this is not a normal procedure to uncheck a box. Do you have a better solution?

The only other thing I can think of if CCleaner still deletes the cookies even though you have them as 'cookies to keep' is what some other users have stated in the past which is to exclude the folders, i.e.; the cookies folder and where the index.dat files reside.

I don't use Internet Explorer but perhaps the cookies are also tied to the Temporary Internet Files folder.
