Incorrect update suggestion. Try replacing an existing driver with the same one.
That's quite curious; I don't believe the second picture is related as your Device Manager is showing the SATA controller while CCleaner is showing the NVMe controller (two different pieces of hardware if I'm not mistaken), but you're certainly right, the first one (the camera) most certainly looks like it's not detecting the driver that's actually installed and is proposing to install that same driver.
