Regarding Technical Support:
I am writing to you to inform you a Bug during Chinese Traditional V.1.14 of Defraggler.
During I install the software by choosing Chinese Traditional Version Defraggler, the entire displays of the installing progress is entire incorrect fonts and unidentify options, actually, I can read what the entire options means and I have no experiences on installing with Chinese Traditional Version. So I requesting immediately support on the entire software which had been fixed and upgraded with Chinese Simplified Version.
There is another bug during use Defraggler, while I use Defraggler in 191MB RAM with Windows XP SP3 for Chinese Home Professional, entire documents of fragment can not be allowed to move. This issue were occurs and existed with the entire range of Defraggler. So I requesting immediately explaination and entire technical support.
