In the UK - suddenly getting "product not permitted in your location"

Error message: "the product is not permitted for use in your location"

We have seen a few of these in recent months in both the US and Canada. It appears to be linked to the IP that your ISP has allocated to you; restarting your hub/router (power it off, leave for 5 mins, power it on again) can usually cure it. PS. We saw similar a number of years ago with users in Spain and Italy, a range of IPs that had previously been allocated to Iran got reallocated for use in Spain and Italy.
