im having problems recovering pictures from sd card

im having problems recovering pictures from sd card , i select the pictures i want to recover it then says :

current progress: 0%, 0 files recovered

calculating time left ....

i then have to force the program to close using task manager.

the pictures are really important is there anyway i can stop recuva crashing ??

please help me

yeah all the pictures come up and i select them but it doesnt pass 0% when you click recover

It's hard to say what the problem is, however there are other recovery programs which your could try out as suggested in another post.

It would be interesting to know if you had any success just to confirm the problem is Recuva and not the SD Card.
