I'm being asked to reinstall (and pay for) C Cleaner when I already have it (and paid for it)

I tried reaching out to C Cleaner via their support email (as per their instructions) but it doesn’t work anymore. Their FB page is no longer monitored, and their DM takes you round in circles when trying to get ‘human help’. So hopefully someone can guide me here, as that is not a good start.

I recently received an email advising of an ugrade (to 7) and that I need do nothing. Now when I try to use C Cleaner, I’m being made to reinstall it. Then, when I do that, I’m offered either the free version or a paid plan. I already paid for my subscription (I’ve been a user for quite some years). How do I navigate this, and why is there no physical person to speak with anymore?

You don’t need to pay again, in v7 go to Settings> My Subscription and enter your current licence Key to activate the new install as Pro.

Regarding support:
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
