I did try the support email but its not monitored imagine that a support email not monitored although that does not surprise me to be fair - so i will post it here - I have ccleaner 7 on my laptop i have used it twice, twice it has wiped the network log in details despite me unticking it - now i cant even find it to check - i have had to repair it because the options to do a scan didnt exist - what the hell has happened to ccleaner ? it used to be a great programme now it isnt - layout is crap - why change what worked did you let a bunch interns at it ? my subscription runs out next year - i just wiish it was now i will not be renewing - my pc keep on about it being updated from V6 to V7 i laugh the printer laughs i wouldnt inflict it on my PC - i am actively looking for a replacement (any suggestions appreciated) I would like to speak with a humanoid employee about this not a robot - not a computer programme - an actual living breathing human - with a brain hopefully - Hope to hear from you soon -One very annoyed soon to be ex user

Let’s see if I can clarify your current situation.
From what you have said it appears to me that:
As things stand currently you have bought two different licences - for two different things, - from two different companies.
Once you understand that then what has already been said up to now should make more sense.
The licence for CCleaner for.use on 1-PC you have purchased from CCleaner themselves.
It has a licence key. That key should have been in your purchase confirmation email.
The licence for CCleaner for use on Android you have bought from Google.
It does not have a licence key, it is active when you are logged into your Google account on any Android device.
CCleaner themselves have no record and no details of the purchase that you have made from Google.
CCleaner cannot “refund” what you paid to Google, only Google can refund that. (And vice-versa)
CCleaner have offered to change/upgrade your PC licence (the one with a key) to CCleaner Professional Plus which would then cover up.to 3- devices, any mix of PC. Android, or Mac.
If you take that offer you could then contact Google to cancel the one that you purchased from Google, and ask for a refund from Google.
I gave proof of the CCleaner and the cleverbridge purchases but okay ill put them here as well. Also i was informed that this issue would be escalated and i would be contacted. Should i still take a deal if this is being escalated. I sent pictures in the chat, do you guys not have a history of it?
Those two screenshots are the same purchase order - and say quite clearly that the purchase was made from Google Play (Not from CCleaner).
I am not an employee of CCleaner. I’m an experienced user who helps other users on this forum.

This was purchased from CCleaner directy. Im uncler so am i to wait for this to be escalated like the rep stated? Because it doesnt make sense to have google refund me before the “offered upgrade” could happen as it will be deleted and cant be retrieved if i did so. Or am i mistaken?
Thankyou for your message - i have done what you suggested - i have removed ccleaner 7 i will reinstall ccleaner 6 later - i will never put ccleaner back on in its currant state - i hope they learn from this disaster before my subscription ends - as i still dont plan on renewing
