I want a refund I contact CS for a week, and I did not get any response.

You have raised a support ticket with Cleverbridge and have a ticket number - so wait for a reply from them.

I have removed the actual number/weblink, it is not a good idea to post such personal information where others could 'steal' it and then pretend to be you.

I have no idea how long Cleverbridge take to reply to tickets raised with them. When did you raise it?
