I upgraded to PRO just now and it keeps saying invalid

Hello!

I am at my wits end. I just purchased PRO and every single time I try to register the software it says it is invalid.

Hi @Carlos G Garcia - please check here https://piriform.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043844--Problems-activating-or-registering-CCleaner-Professional (and especially the bit about those being capital "i"s and not "1"s in your licence key.

Make sure the name you are entering is the same name you registered.

The usual cause though is mistyping numbers/letters, 1 & l, 2 & Z, 5 & S, 8 & B.

Try copying the key from your email and pasting it in to the registration box. (Just copy the whole thing and paste it into the first box).
