I try to send the form to get support, but that does not transmit

I tried to buy 2 years 1 ccleaner for 1 Mac for 1 year, but got 2 ccleaners for 1 year. This offer was to prolong the version of ccleaner I already have. I filled out the support form a number of times, but I cannot get it to submit. Why that is I do not know. Nowhere do I find an email address to ask for help to rectify this purchase. I think perhaps that I choose the wrong version of ccleaner. I only have 1 Mac. And as far as I know, there is no version for my Ipads.

Now I have especially subscribed to this forum, in order to get info how I might address  someone to get help with my problem, since, again, I cannot submit  the official  form, for some unknown reason.

Sorry - I made a typo in that support email address.

Which meant that it then linked to a website instead of to an email address.

It should of course be support@ccleaner.com (with two c's).

@nukecad Yes that is certainly possible! And most of the time it works. You pay now, and the contract ends in the future. It was an offer by e-mail , buy an upgrade for 2 years prolonging the existing contract and claim 1 year subscription back. But apparently I choose the wrong product. I would like to get that UNDONE.

But please tell me how I can REACH Ccleaner now, to get this solved. I would like to cancel this order and to try again to use the offer to get those 2 years with discount.

But this Forum is the only way until now, to get in touch with CCleaner since I cannot use the official support Form!!!

And I tried 3 browsers, with VPN, and then without VPN, with no succes namelijk Brave, Safari and Chrome on 2 different tablets, namely IPad Air and IPad professional.

Do You Have a Solution??

I am not sure just what you have done here?

You seem to be saying that you were trying to buy multiple years subscription in advance at this years prices? That is never going to work with any subscription for anything.

I have no idea why the 'submit' button on the support form is not working for you, but I'd suspect a browser issue.

Which browser are you using? Are you using a VPN? If you are using a 3rd party antivus then which one?

PS. CCleaner is now available for iPhone but you have to purchase it through the apple store

iPad uses a different operating system to iPhones though and I don't think that there is a CCleaner for iPadOS - at least not yet.
