I recently purchased a subscription for CCleaner Professional, but I mistakenly entered the wrong email address during the purchase process. As a result, I did not receive the Cleverbridge reference number or confirmation email.
You would normally contact Cleverbridge (the payment processors) to cancel a subscription.

However you have a problem there because you need to use the email that you purchased with, and if that was incorrect then …
Instead I would try Cleverbridge’s general support form, filling in as much as you can:
https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#
Perhaps use the ‘Delivery missing’ in ‘What is your question about?’ and explain that it’s missing because of your email error.
Note that they do identify orders by the email used, so tell them what that incorrect email was if you know/remember that.
Otherwise it may take longer for them to find your order details.
Alternatively you could contact CCleaner support, but I suspect that (after waiting a long time for a reply) they would just direct you to Cleverbridge as above.
You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community
(Note do not try to change the language of that form, it has a bug and becomes unresponsive if you do that. If it happens then close and reopen your browser and try the form again without changing the language).
The CCleaner support queue also works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even shows your request to a CCleaner support person.
PS. Sending multiple requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
