I purchased a subscription for a year, the application was not updated, I can’t view the license, it says that such an email does not exist in the database.
If you purchased through the Google Play Store then you do not have a licence key and CCleaner themselves don’t even have your email.
Instead your CCleaner for Android is licenced with Google and is linked to the Google account that you were using when you purchased it.
You need to be logged into that Google account for the paid-for features and options to be available.
(If/when you are not logged into that Google account you will only see the free options).
