I purchased a 2-year subscription but my account shows I'll get billed in 1-year

Hello! I purchased a 2-year subscription to “CCleaner Premium, 2-year subscription to CCleaner Professional for 5 devices” on 2025-Feb-17 (Cleverbridge). But just got an email notice of a coming renewal charge in early 2026.

The purchase email with my activation code clearly says “2-year subscription.” When I just submitted a request for my license details, the email says I have a “2-year subscription to CCleaner Professional” and my next renewal date is 3-19-2026 and a payment will be charged then. This is incorrect.

How can I get this error in my account fixed?
