I paid for the Pro Version for Android and still asking me to upgrade.

I purchased the pro subscription for Android, but when I open the app, it still shows to upgrade. I have already tried the different options from the support website, but it is still not working.

I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank You

We have the same problem.

We messaged Support from the Website prior to September 2 and got messages that we would get a response within 24 hours. We replied with several screenshots showing our subscription.

Since we didn't, we sent a photo of their autoreply on September 14 and got a second case number. We still have not heard anything.

Attached is a screenshot of our subscription confirmation. This is ridiculous!
