I bought the paid version of CCleaner for my windows laptop, in August, and I never got the email with my details in it. I've emailed the help emails and haven't received responses to any of my pleas for help. What do I do here?

I bought it from CCleaner, through the program. Yes, money got taken from my account and no the email wasn't in any spam folder etc.
I may have indeed mistyped my email address, but then what is my course of action here?
Where did you buy from? Has any money been taken from you?
Assuming that you bought direct from the CCleaner website then have checked your email spam folder for the emails?
We do occasionally also see users who have mistyped their own email when purchasing.
So of course they don’t then get the purchase confirmation email because it’s been sent to the mistyped address.
That will also mean that any respones from support will take much longer, because your correct email is not regestered as someone who has paid for support.

Hi, just wanted to let you know I still haven’t heard back from anyone from ccleaner. I’m quite disappointed by this entire situation and I’m going to be just cancelling my bank card so that I don’t have to pay for this service again after this year.
I’m not sure why you have had no reply yet, I have shouted at the staff again.
