My Ccleaner for Windows was updated from Ver 6 Pro to Ver 7 Free in Oct this year. I have no record of my Product key and have no access to the email address that I used to purchase the Professional Subscription and therefore unable to use the Licence Lookup Request Form. I have already raised a Case Request on the 26th October, but still awaiting a reply/resolution. Can anyone help, Thanks
Did you engage with the ‘Live Chat’?
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
