I need help urgently.

CCleaner for Windows

I used ccleaners.....control and excecution in spanisch "ejecutar cleaner" I did this a couple of times..

But now I found my Downloads in Windows C instead of Documents under Downloads....This ist not so terribly, But

I CANNOT FIND ALL MY PICTURES ; MY FOTOS, I need them very urgently. There were fotos fo years ago.....

Can someone help me...is this a problem with CcLeaners????

I can write better in spansich or german. Sorry.

What operating system do you have? Windows 10? Windows 7?

Can you do a screenshot of what you see?

Do a Windows search for .jpg.. does it find anything ?

have you take a look there in w7?

Windows-Explorer

--> Computer

--> your Harddisk (Festplatte)

--> C:/

--> Users (Benutzer)

--> YourNick (deinProfilname)

i dont know how exactly the folders calls in english windows versions

but in german versions there are

(dort sind die Ordner "Downloads"; "Eigene Bilder"; "Eigene Dokumente")
