Do you mean you pressed delete in the ccleaner uninstall list?
You could still go into add and remove programs list and uninstall it from there.
Which version of Norton do you have?
i dont kow... i just know its telling me 4 times a day to buy it....
run appwiz.cpl (add/remove programs) or run the norton removal tool :-)
Go to this link and download the Norton Removal Tool.
Go to step two if you're not reinstalling Norton.

Yes:
1. If it has a normal installer (most likely Norton won't) that uses a typical uninstall .exe file like those created by Inno Setup ("unins000.exe") and NSIS, such uninstall .exe files reside in the installed programs installed to directory. Also some are listed in the installed programs Start Menu folder grouping.
2. Restore the registry to a previous state which only works if you have a recent System Restore point or ERUNT backup.
3. Reinstall/Repair install the program by running the original installer or setup disc again. If it was a Windows Installer package the Repair option may or should be available.

Do you mean you did a 'Delete' from the ccleaner 's list? If so, I don't know what sort of an installer Norton has but if you run that there's usually an option to 'repair' an installation. If there is that should hopefully add the installer entry back into the registry. It should then reappear in Add/Remove Programs and the ccleaner list.
Edited to add: crossed in the post with Andavari ... his reply is more comprehensive.

I thought the intention was to get Norton off your PC?
The "tool" will find the files needed to remove it correctly, whether you've deleted its entry or not.

Yeah, and that Norton Removal Tool would really be needed even if he used the normal uninstaller because Norton AV, etc., is known for leaving tons of stuff behind.
