Can you give a little more information please DragonFalse.

What is your operating system?

What files and folders are you trying to delete?

What .dll files are you talking about? Do you have something you have downloaded onto your computer that you don't want anyone to see ?

Are you able to run CCleaner?

Just to point out the obvious possible solution (that catches everyone out ;) ), have you ticked the 'Custom files and folders' box at the bottom of the cleaners Windows tab?
