I`m starting to defrag my pc at dec 1 how do i make my fragmentation 0%

My drive C has 16% fragmentation and my D has 19% how do i decrease its fragmentation and make it 0% and how to prevent shadow copies what options should i click because i want my pc the way it was when i bought it for the first time :)

I was never that bad to start off with.

I took my computer to a good Computer Technican who ended up re programing every thing by doing that it completly removed all the unnecessary programs and gunk and that gave me a fresh start.

I also have the Paid Defrag and they helped me will all the settings and after a few runs I am at 0% every time now.

C Cleaner is all finished under 30 seconds, the defrag takes a lot longer.

Every night before I turn the computer off I do the house keeping only thing I dont do is the Defrag that is done on a weekly basis.

Its like every thing you must do all the regular maintenaince to run a good computer.
