I have paid for 2 ccleaner licences on 2 email addresses

I had notification the my licence need renewing on one email and didn’t realise that the other email I use had the subscription renewal on. I paid for the renewal 25 th March on that email and set up my licence for my devices . Today I received an subscription renewal payment taken from other email which I didn’t realise had the subscription on. I now have paid for the same product on 2 separate emails. I don’t know why I had the notification on the first email that I needed to renew though.

Is there any way I can get a refund for one of the licences? preferably the one that is just going to be taken on the same card at my bank.
