I completed a scan yesterday and saved the list of files to a .txt, can I use it now to view the scan again?

By right clicking and choosing the last option I got the file deleted_files.txt

Can I do anything with it now?

Edit: It was a deep scan, so its a 1,6 GB txt file and notepad cant open it because of its size.
