I can't Update "Skype" and "Opera" when found in "Software Update"

I can't Update "Skype" and "Opera" when found in "Software Update". See attached screenshots.

Tried several times (see sequence).

They may require an extra step during the upgrade that the Software Updater cannot give them. 

eg. sometimes an update will require elevated permission to install.

Have you tried doing the update from within the apps themselves rather than from CCleaner?
