I contacted support. They simply renewed my subscription without my consent.
They won’t let me remove my card from the account! This is absurd.
When I contact them via chat, the bot already knows the issue, and when it says it’s going to transfer me, the chat always disconnects!
This is dishonest! I don’t want to use this anymore, and you can’t renew it like this and still hold my card.
