I can't access my subscription information to change payment method online

I’m trying to manage my CCleaner subscription via the link in the app. I’ve entered my license, but am told the subscription can’t be found. And when I click on the link to report this to support, I get a screen that says : Something went wrong. Form is not available for your language.

To manage your subscription, you will need your email address and your Cleverbridge reference number, which can be found on your purchase confirmation email.

It doesn’t work. I’m using the login/license information that Cleverbridge just emailed to me, and I keep getting the message “Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.Please contact support for more information (and show them this message so they can help)

And when I click on the “contact support” link, I receive this message: “Something went wrong. Form is not available for your language!”
