I bought Professional Plus but product still says professional

I activated Professional Plus license but product still says professional. There is no way I can download "plus" since it always asked to buy again. How can I download "plus" version?

The CCleaner itself is CCleaner Professional version. (There is no seperate Plus version)

The "Plus" that you have paid for is:

  1. the extra number of devices that the licence covers, up to 3-devices including Android and Mac devices.
  2. the extra softwares that the licence covers (Recuva Pro and Speccy Pro).
