Does this happen everytime you use ccleaner?
Is your date is the screenshoot correct? It says 1st of May.
This is caused by when you select close browser option but are running ccleaner not in english.
Close Chrome before cleaning or switch to english until the next version of ccleaner (this fix has not been confirmed for 3.19 but the developers made clear they plan on it being in there)
