I have recently purchased a ‘1 Year Premium Subscription’ for ‘Recuva Professional’ and am having trouble logging into my CCleaner Premium Tech Support service.
After entering my email, completing the reCAPTCHA, and clicking ‘Submit’, I am given a message that says “Your license is not activated, please activate your license through the application” even though the application says ‘Recuva - Professional Edition’.
How can I fix this issue I am having logging into my CCleaner Premium Tech Support service?
