I am having trouble logging into my CCleaner Premium Tech Support service

I have recently purchased a ‘1 Year Premium Subscription’ for ‘Recuva Professional’ and am having trouble logging into my CCleaner Premium Tech Support service.

After entering my email, completing the reCAPTCHA, and clicking ‘Submit’, I am given a message that says “Your license is not activated, please activate your license through the application” even though the application says ‘Recuva - Professional Edition’.

How can I fix this issue I am having logging into my CCleaner Premium Tech Support service?

Recuva Professional is not CCleaner Premium.

Purchasing Recuva Professional just gives you Recuva Professional - it does not give you access to CCleaner Premium Support, you have to purchase a CCleaner Premium Bundle to get that.

Purchasing a CCleaner Premium Bundle gives you a Licence to use: CCleaner Professional for up to 5-devices, Recuva Professional, Speccy Professional, Kamo, and the 24/7 ‘Live Chat’ support (if it’s working).
