It's the right thing to support Ukraine but not by discriminating against regular Russian citizens who have no agency in the political decisions that are being taken.
Sadly it is government action that forbid CCleaner in russia. There are embargos that require CCleaner not to be sold in Russia. This is not the decision of the company but that of governments.
