HTML5

I'm a noob when it comes to this kind of thing, but now that flash has been pretty much replaced by HTML5, does CCleaner clean those files as well? HTML5 isn't listed on the menu anywhere so that is why I'm asking. I notice it still cleans Flash. Thank you.

G'day Bill and welcome to the forums,

HTML5 database storage cleaning and offline cache cleaning were added around version 3 (late 2010).

so as long as you are using a mainstream browser, you should be covered.

what browser are you running?

Chrome. Good to know that it is being cleaned, I just didn't see anything that said HTML5 on the list of applications being cleaned. Thank you.
