How to stop Boot Time Defrag?

I have two systems on the computer first Win 8.1 home second Win10Pro

i have start on Win8.1 the Boot time Defrag

but it will not run

the Computer restart in Repair modus

and now my question "How can i stop the Boot Time Defrag?"

I can start Win 10 and work but not Win8.1
