How do I skip health and do the simpler quicker clean. There should be a setting somewhere. Thanks. /H

Options.. settings.. select Custom Clean.

Easy Clean has gone. It's been replaced/updated to Health Check.

So it's your choice of Health Check which does what it does - or Custom Clean for more control over what is to be cleaned or not.
