How to save the current settings (and upgrading) ?

How do I save the current settings of CCleaner?

Are they all included in the *.ini files in the installation directory ?

Or are there settings stored in the registry (or somewhere else)?

If I want to upgrade to a new version of CCleaner: Do I have to uninstall the old version?

Backup this: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\CCleaner\Options

You can install over any previous installation and you will not lose any settings.
